I almost quit being a real estate agent at one point. Year after year, I struggled to meet my financial and professional goals.
Then, as if someone had turned the key, I was unlocked.
When I challenged industry norms, I more than doubled my business in one year. The next year? Same. All by trading “do more, be more” for an identity-based business model.
I’m still helping people in the Washington, DC/Northern VA area buy and sell residential real estate, but I’m doing it differently, and it feels…right.
The truth is that there’s more than one way to practice real estate. Identity-based real estate is simply an option—one that didn’t exist until now.
I want you to examine the industry with a new lens, know your options, and make choices.
Even if that means you consider this model and dismiss it, that’s OK. It means you made the right choice for you, and I’m all for authentic agents building businesses they love.
